CALM.IN.NATION COLLABORATION

Sawidji presents a multi-disciplinary group exhibition by artists domestic as well as international, active within our community. This exhibition in the Santrian Art Gallery, Sanur, Bali comprises of 9 primary artists, each raising their visual narrative in partnership with an entity outside of themselves (public figure, other artists/artisans/representative of organisation). This partnership is part of the core of Culmination CALM.IN.ATION project.

To bring to a point of perfect culmination, artists united by the intention, of giving a positive impact for our wider community through their creativity.

Culmination, which means peak, is interpreted as a joint process, establishing serious cooperation to achieve the expected goals. The broader and ideological meaning of achieving social (national and global) ideals brings to life the values of empathy, unity and inner purity. “Collaborative Creativity: David Hopkins & Sava larry – Istanbulartcult Artists, and the Calm In Nation Exhibition in Bali”

Exciting news is on the horizon as renowned collage artist David Hopkins and talented artist Sava Larry Istanbulartcult join forces to produce a series of captivating artworks for the upcoming Calm In Nation Exhibition in Bali, curated by the esteemed Dewi Dian Reich. The exhibition was held in the Santrian Art Gallery, Sanur, Bali.

This collaborative endeavor promises to be a celebration of artistic expression and cultural exchange, bringing together diverse talents from across the globe to explore themes of tranquility, harmony, and unity. Through their unique perspectives and creative visions, Hopkins and the Istanbulartcult artist will create several artworks for the exhibition space bringin a vibrant tapestry of color, texture, and emotion.

Under the expert guidance of curator Dewi Dian Reich, the Calm In Nation Exhibition will serve as a platform for dialogue, exploration, and reflection, inviting viewers to explore the intersection of art, culture, and spirituality. Through their collaborative efforts, Hopkins and Sava Larry Istanbulartcult artists, and aim to inspire hope, promote understanding, and cultivate a sense of peace in a world that is often marked by division and turmoil.
